In the first quarter of 2022, foreign investors invested a record €374 million in real estate in Greece. According to the Bank of Greece, Hellas received almost the same amount of investment three years ago in 2019 - before the pandemic and the crisis caused by it, the key tourism industry for the country.

Greece is not only Mediterranean beaches and original cuisine with an emphasis on fresh local products. More and more people see investment potential in the country called the "cradle of civilization". Tourism revenues account for about 20% of Greece's GDP, and the tourist flow after a long pandemic and the restrictions caused by it is growing steadily.
