Investment Options
Standard Track (Category F application)
- The applicant is required for standard track have purchased a property with values started from €150.000 (plus VAT)
- Timeframe is 12-18 months.

Fast Track (Regulation 6 paragraph 2)
  • For fast-track option the Investor must purchase a house or apartment from a development company, which should concern a first sale of at least €300,000 (plus VAT).
  • The Investment can be for any other types of real estate such as offices, shops, hotels or related estate developments or a combination of these with a total value of €300,000(Plus, VAT).The purchase of interest can be the result of a resale.
  • The Investment of €300,000 can be in units of the Cyprus Investment Organization of Collective Investments (forms of AIF, AIFLNP, RAIF) An Alternative Investment Fund.
  • Share capital of € 300,000 of a physical company registered and operating in Cyprus, which employs at least five people. Timeframe is 2-4 months.

QUALIFICATION & INVESTMENT CRITERIA:

  • The applicant must be non-EU National.
  • The applicant must be over 18 years of age.
  • The applicant must be in good health.
  • Clear criminal record.
  • Sales/purchase contract in relation to the selected investment option.
  • One or two housing units (apartments or houses) which may be independent.
  • Proof that funds came from abroad.
  • Proof of source of wealth: documents providing from where the wealth has been derived
  • Proof of source of investment funds: supporting with bank statements for last 12 months, owned properties contracts, etc.
  • Proof of Annual income of €30,000 (+€5,000/each dependent & €8,000 for each Dependent Parent).
  • It is also increased by €8.000 for each dependent parent or parent-in-law and provided this is satisfied they can also apply and get the permanent residence permit.
  • Proof of address in the country of residency.
  • Valid passport.
  • 2 photos passport.
  • Birth certificate.
  • Marriage certificate- (in case of marriage).
  • Medical insurance.
  • No intention of Employment Pledge.
  • Proof of an annual income of €30.000 (plus €5.000 for every dependent).
  • he Permanent Residency permit covers the spouse and children (biological or adopted) up to 18 years old.
  • Also, children between 18 and 25 years old can apply provided they fulfil the following:
    - Financially dependent on the investor
    - Unmarried
    - University students abroad with a minimum of six months remaining study period from the date of the submission of the application.

  • All the documents you submit must be legalized if your origin country is part of the Apostille Convention.
  • An Apostille Stamp is required. If your country is not a member of the Apostille Convention, your documents must be legalized by your country’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Cypriot Ministry of Foreign Affairs, as well as the Cyprus Embassy in your country.
