  • Applicants must invest a minimum of $220,000 in a government approval real estate project which must be maintained for a minimum of 5 years. The minimum amount includes the main applicant, Main applicant’s spouse and two qualifying dependents.
National Transformation Fund Donation (Non-refundable)
  • For single applicant, a minimum of $150,000.
  • For married couple, a minimum of $200,000.
  • For a family of 4 (excluding siblings), a minimum of $200,000.
